This workshop covers the end-to-end process of space product development, focusing on balancing requirements, cost, reliability, and innovation. Participants will gain a deep understanding of user-centered design, technology-readiness levels (TRLs), and stakeholder alignment in highly regulated and innovation-driven environments. 


Emphasis will be placed on strategy formulation under uncertainty, dual-use technologies, geopolitical challenges, and the interplay between commercial, scientific, and governmental demands. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and hands-on exercises, attendees will learn to balance vision with feasibility and turn ambitious concepts into viable products with impact.
